Is an AI-generated contract legally valid?

A contract is valid when the parties agree on clear terms and intend to be bound — how it was drafted does not affect that. What matters is whether it says the right things for your situation and jurisdiction. The app produces properly structured, professionally worded documents; for high-value, cross-border or regulated matters, have a licensed attorney review the result.

How is this different from downloading a free template?

A static template gives you the same clauses as everyone else and a page of square brackets to fill in. The app composes the document around your actual answers, chooses which clauses your situation needs, and lets you push back on any of them — then reviews it for risk before you sign.

Does it cover my country's law?

The templates are drafted to be jurisdiction-neutral and you specify your governing law and jurisdiction as you generate. That works well for commercial agreements. Documents that depend heavily on local statute — wills, property transfers, employment termination — should be checked against local requirements.

How long does one document take?

Usually two to four minutes, most of which is you answering the questions.
