—
- PNG is transparent and cropped tight to your strokes.

How to create a signature in 3 steps
- 1
Draw or type
Sign in the pad with your finger, trackpad or mouse — or switch to Type and enter your name.
- 2
Style it
Choose a handwriting style, ink color and stroke weight until it looks like your real signature.
- 3
Download
Export a transparent PNG for documents and email, or an SVG that scales to any size without blurring.
Worth knowing
- The PNG has a genuinely transparent background, so it sits cleanly on any document color.
- Trim is automatic — the export is cropped tight to your strokes, with no dead space around it.
- Save the file once and reuse it on every contract you send.
Your file never leaves this tab
The tool runs entirely in your browser. There is no upload, no server-side copy and no retention policy to take on trust — open your devtools Network tab and watch: nothing goes out.
Signature Generator FAQs
Is the signature image stored anywhere?
Nothing is uploaded. The tool runs entirely inside your browser tab using WebAssembly and JavaScript — your file never crosses the network, so there is no server copy to leak, retain or subpoena. You can prove it: open your browser devtools, switch to the Network tab, and run the tool. No request goes out.
What format should I download?
PNG for anything you will paste into a document, email signature or web form — it has a transparent background and works everywhere. SVG if you need it printed large or want to recolour it later without quality loss.
Can I use a typed signature legally?
A typed signature counts as an electronic signature in most jurisdictions provided you intended it as your signature. A drawn signature is harder to dispute, so prefer drawing for anything significant.
How do I get a clean signature with a mouse?
Sign larger and slower than feels natural — the export is downscaled, which hides wobble. Or draw on a phone with your finger and email the PNG to yourself.
If the document itself is the problem
The app signs on the device itself: draw your signature, drop it on any page of any PDF, and keep the signed copy in your document history rather than in a downloads folder.
The app also drafts a contract from your answers and reviews one you were sent, clause by clause. It is free to download and free every month for 3 documents and 2 reviews — this tool stays free either way.
Do the whole thing on your phone
Draft it, check it for risk, rewrite the clauses you do not like, sign it and send it — without opening a laptop.
