5. RENEWAL CONDITIONS

6. RECIPIENT OBLIGATIONS

7. PROVIDER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

Provider reserves right to:

• Verify enrollment and academic status
• Request progress reports

8. ADDITIONAL FINANCIAL AID

Recipient Must Disclose:

All other scholarships, grants, or financial aid received.

Stacking Policy:

• No restriction on other awards

If Total Aid Exceeds Cost of Attendance:

This scholarship may be reduced to prevent over-award.

9. LEAVE OF ABSENCE

11. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

12. APPEAL PROCESS

If scholarship suspended or terminated:

23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This agreement supersedes all prior understandings. Modifications must be in writing.
