GRANT OF RIGHTS

RELEASES AND WAIVERS

### 4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I hereby release and discharge Photographer, and Photographer's successors, assigns, and licensees from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action that I may have arising from the use of the photographs, including but not limited to:

• Claims for invasion of privacy
• Right of publicity
• Defamation (libel and slander)
• Copyright infringement
• Moral rights
• Any other personal or property rights

### 5. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

I represent and warrant that:

• I am at least 18 years old (or have parent/guardian consent)
• I have the full legal right and authority to enter into this release
• I have read and understood this release
• No one else's permission is required for this release
• I am not under any obligation that would prevent me from granting these rights
• I will not make any claim against Photographer regarding use of the photographs

### 6. WAIVER OF INSPECTION AND APPROVAL

I waive any right to:

• Inspect or approve the finished photographs
• Inspect or approve marketing materials or uses
• Inspect or approve written copy or text accompanying the images
• Receive compensation for future uses beyond what's specified
• Claim violation of moral rights

I understand Photographer is not obligated to use the photographs.
